Product Description
SPECIFICATION: MIFAB Series R1200-R-SR lacquered cast iron deep sump siphonic roof drain with secured siphonic air baffle, 15" diameter large cast iron combined 2" high external water dam and membrane clamp with integral gravel stop, and a standard self-locking polyethylene dome strainer with a free area of 125 square inches.
FUNCTION: For use in engineered siphonic roof drainage systems. Used in any type of flat roof. Large free area dome provides for efficient drainage of rain water and prevents debris from entering the drain line. Extra wide combined 2” high external water dam overflow receiver and membrane clamp with tongue in groove design provides for secure grip of membrane and roof flashing materials. Siphonic air baffle greatly enhances drain capacity compared to conventional roof drains.
